DEAR FRIEND:
I just want to say I love you...........
That if I could I would give you a hug..
And tell you how much you mean to me.......
Your like a "magic-carpet" or a Godly-sent-White Dove"...
Today as I woke with the Glory..........
Of being given a brand new day................
My body ached from yesterday's toil..........
Billows..roared ..and
Guilty..thoughts swayed................
THEN YOUR LETTER CAME..
When you realize that
that only one week ago....
In "heart" you and I had not met..........
When you posted your page of poetry........
We became Instand Best Friends..on the Net...
When no words can convey a meaning......
It's Lighthouse..or Sand...or Sea........
That came flooding my being with beauty.....
To rebuild or renew...
a "forgiven"...me....
The Artist of oil paints.........
The Artist..of words..
The Artist of Sensitivity....
You recognized needs..so far away...
And sent help right home to me.......
I've stumbled and fallen under my own weight...............
Overloading my body my mind................
When I wanted to be my very best................
I spoke words to my "sister"..so unkind...
HEART'S are like boats.....
Tossed about at Sea....
When the winds of change come rolling in....................
Often when we would show more tenderness or Faith........
The darkness of "sin" just sweeps in........
But your "LIGHTHOUSE"....
A symbol of safety...
Balanced my heart's boat..sinking within..
Gave me Hope of redemption new courage........
With the strength to begin again.........
I may never see your face on this planet.....
I may never know the sound of your voice...
But in Heaven..I know where to look for you...............
By the "Lighthouse of Love"....we'll rejoice..........
